My brand new acer nitro 5 laptop has a serial number sticker above the actual acer sticker and they both have different serial numbers but the one which is above the original one shows in the website support page.

The left speaker also seems a little louder than the right one although it is not so noticeable and the fan also make a clicking or ticking noise just for 2-3 seconds while starting up.

The retailer I bought this laptop from isn't the authorised distributor of acer and he gave me one year local warranty, I went to his store just a day after i bought this laptop he inspected it and said that there is no problem and told me that left speakers are louder than the right in every laptops even tho i knew this was not true.

My Serial Number is: UNQH4SG001XXX

Was the Nitro 5 AN515-46 that you bought in its original sealed box? As if it wasn’t then its a used laptop or a refurbished or could be anything? Both speakers should work equally, and the fans should not be heard unless you are playing games and the Nitro Sense is set to CoolBoost and the laptop reaches above a certain temp, the fans should not be making a clicking noise as that means that one of the fans are touching its case and making that noise, which for a new laptop it should not happen.

There should not be a second sticker above the proper sticker that is placed into the allocated space for the laptops ID numbers! Because for a new laptop there should only be ONE sticker with all the laptops original and registrable details. Every Acer laptop should be in its original box sealed and unopened box otherwise you should refuse the laptop and/or buy this laptop at a used price and cheaper.

The AN515-46 should only have 1x sticker that is in its proper special framed sunk in position and place on the back cover with the Model Number, MFG Date, S/N and SNID number and NOT another sticker stuck above where every Nitro laptop has just 1x sticker. Take the laptop back and demand a new laptop as you bought a used laptop or a refurbished components and a different motherboard.

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.  They will help you to check the serial no , snid and they will provide you the details about your laptop. For refurbished computers there is a separate dept. Warranty Team will guide you to contact them if it is a refurbished computer.
