Is your Blue Tooth audio working? Wired headset/mike with a RCA 3.5mm plug connected to your phone jack is controlled by Windows not Realtek, when you plug in the headset jack Windows Sound will pop up a small window asking what you are plugging in and when you click headset you have to repeat that in Realtek's Audio Console, click on Headset.

Hello, I don't know if my Bluetooth audio is working since I don't have any remote inputs or outputs. When I plug in the RCA plug, no window pops up. When I try to add an audio input device, the status window just keep whirring. Thanks.

Check Device Manager if you see any yellow problem icons, also check Hidden Devices for yellow problem icons. Did you actually upgrade to W11 with "Check for Updates" in W10 or did you do a fresh install of W11 with an ISO file and USB flash drive? The reason I ask is because ACER Support does not have any Windows11 drivers for your laptop model so I wonder about your W11 driver versions that you have installed. If you did a fresh install of W11 over W10 I recommend that you downgrade to Windows10. How to reinstall Windows 10 (see link below):
