Unplug the power adapter and all devices connected to your laptop and try to start on battery only. Next try to reset the battery, there is a pinhole at the back of your laptop that you can reset when inserting a pin (it should click) while toggling the power button. Alternatively if nothing works, open the laptop, disconnect the battery cable from the MOBO and keep the power button depressed for 1-2 minutes, wait 10 minutes, close the lid and first try to start with your adapter plugged in, no battery yet, if that works, unplug the adapter and connect the battery and try to start, if that works, plug in the adapter. Don’t rush the procedure give it some time in between each operation to discharge any static buildup on the motherboard. Sometimes just connecting and disconnecting the power adapter a few times then wait a while and start on battery only also works but always remove all devices from your USB ports.
