Two weeks ago I bought a notebook Nitro 5 AN517-54-72A6 that supports up to 64GB 3200MHz. So, I bought 2 Kingston HyperX Impact 32GB 3200MHz memories.
When installing and starting to use, Windows started giving me a blue screen every 5 minutes, even with minimal tasks. And restarted. It used 5 minutes, blue screen and restart.

First question: Do I need to format the notebook when upgrading memory? Or does it make no difference? Using Windows 11 Single Language.

When complaining to the seller about the product, he informed that the problem is in my notebook that does not support the XMP profile, only the JEDEC profile.

Second question: Does this notebook not support the XMP profile? Do I need to return HyperX and really buy JEDEC?

I thank everyone who can contribute their wisdom.
