Hi I have a ATC-120-es21 desktop computer and I was wondering what nivida graphics card I could use?

Have a look here as it lists all the components that are compatible and tested as compatible components for Aspire TC-120

Note that different TC-120 models have different sized power supplies. Check to be sure which you have first before purchasing a card. You might have to get a larger supply for yours before the card will work. They came in 200W, 220W, 300W and 500W sizes.

According to a quick Google search, the Lite-On 6301-08A is a 300W supply, so you have enough power for some GPUs. I think the GTX 1050 you were asking about will run in that environment. Measure to make sure the one you choose will fit the case, but otherwise it should be a good choice.
