Nitro KG1 Series-KG251Q Monitor Audio issues on Xbox

Hi I just got this monitor to replace another one I had that was older for my Xbox series X. I set it up and connected the HDMI cable (same as my other monitor) turned it on and there was no audio. I can clearly see speakers on the back and bottom of the monitor. I went to the manual buttons on the back that you use for the monitor settings and there isn't even an option on the menu display for audio. There also isn't an audio Jack in the monitor to connect speakers even if I wanted to. What am I missing here? Thanks

    Try removing the power cable from the wall socket and the HDMI cables. press and hold the power button on the monitor for 30 seconds.

    Than connect all wries and see. If you still not getting the sound, try to connect the XBOX to the TV or any other monitor and check.

    There are chances that the speakers might be faulty

    Hello!!

    @Mecca11

    Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output. Select the Audio setup option under Advanced. Highlight the audio setup option you wish to use and then press the A button  to begin the audio test.

    Just look for the HDMI port on your video game console and plug in an HDMI cable. Plug in the other end of the HDMI cable to the appropriate port on your computer monitor.

    or Connect a headset directly to your controller with a 3.5mm audio jack. If you have an Xbox Wireless Controller with a 3.5mm port, you can connect a headset with a standard 3.5mm jack directly to the controller.
