Repair Request Page Is Broken I've tried using Chrome and Opera on the Chromebook and my phone

I am trying to make a repair request. First off, it won't allow me to change the purchase date. Fine, whatever, I'll add a copy of my receipt and bring it up later. But then I can't get past the address page. The text box for the postcode won't accept letters. The text box for an email address won't accept symbols(??). What am I supposed to do? Online chat is not functioning. I have a spinning headache and a very sore throat, so am in no mood (been at this for two hours) to talk on the phone to someone just following a script. I have sent an email but I have little faith it will even be read by a human.

Is there an option I have missed somewhere? Is there something I'm not doing right? I've tried using Chrome and Opera on the Chromebook and my phone (it won't even fully load). Do I need to load up my PC and use IE (or whatever they're calling it now…Surf?)?

Might help if you could post the link that you're trying to use. There are dozens depending on country.

It sounds like you are in the wrong site for your country. For instance, if you are in Canada and trying to use the US site, it wouldn't accept letters in the post code because the US only uses numbers.

At step 3, the box is checked, but the page request to check it.

So, Belgium in French is what I'm guessing based on that URL. It looks like it's complaining about the format of your email address… If you hover over the red triangle does it display anything?
