SNID/Serial Number not valid is it only available for a limited timeframe?

Im trying to find drivers for my old laptop. but it keeps on saying that the snid or serial number is not valid. is it only available for a limited timeframe?

    Hi @edwardimmortal awaits more answers, but I understand that the old products (I don't know from what date it is) Acer removes them from the search, among other reasons because in addition to not having support, the drivers, which is the greatest interest of the page, they are obsolete and stopped updating.
    Anyway, have you tried looking for it just by model?

    I think this may happen in some countries, I was never able to confirm/register my laptop's SNID bought in 2020 in the Philippines, I just use my full model number to download drivers on the Acer Forum (Ph or USA).
