Hi @greenjacket what brands and models of memory and what graphics card do I install?
Can you indicate the exact model of the computer and the version of Windows?
    BIOS beeps indicate incompatibility.
One long beep and one short beep usually indicates an error on the motherboard, although this may vary depending on the brand of BIOS, but if so, it is likely that either the new memory or the new graphics card, or both, are incompatible.
You can do a test by first removing the new memory module and see if it boots, if it does the problem is memory.
If it doesn't start, put the memory module back and change the graphic for the previous one, check if it starts.

    All the best.
