Hi @Bhimesh can you please tell me the exact model of the equipment, the version of the operating system and, if possible, a screenshot of the problem?

Excuse me for the question, but have you verified that it is not a reflection?

    Thank you.
    Greetings.

Okay, no, it doesn't look like a reflection, it would have other forms. I don't know what it is, it seems that it may be a problem between the layers that are part of the screen.

It can also be a "burnt" of the pixels for having had the same image with high brightness for a long time and it was marked.

Do you know if the equipment can be exposed to the sun for some time?

I really don't know what the problem could be, I imagine that I already tried to wipe it with a slightly damp cloth, although it is clear that it is not the problem.

Does the equipment have a warranty at this time? If you have it, you should contact Acer.

With the screen on, is this problem very noticeable?

One last test, although the problem already appears with the screen off, would be to connect an external monitor or TV and see if the stain appears.

    Thank you.
    All the best.
