Hello Everybody.

I need help for my Aspire 3 Touchpad
Model A315-21-95KF
OS: Windows 10 Home
My Aspire 3 touchpad stop working for week, time to time.
When I reboot, it start working again, but it stops soon. When touchpad stops, presssing F7 key or Fn+F7 does not fix the problem.
I look for device in Windows 10 DeviceManager, but there's no touchpad drivers, except Human Interface drives.
At Acer I found two drivers From Acer Download : https://www.acer.com/us-en/support?search=75000000176;NX.GNVAA.002;A315-21&filter=global_download
acer.com/us-en/support?search=75000000176;NX.GNVAA.002;A315-21&filter=global_download
However these two are not originally listed in Device Driver. There are two Touchpad drivers, but which one and how to install? From Synaptics or ELANTECH?

Open your A315-21 laptop back cover and first disconnect the main battery, check if the touchpad cable is connected properly or its not damaged or faulty or has come lose from the mobo plug or touchpad itself, as that is the main cause of a touchpad not working and not a driver. See if that fixes the problem, if not then you have to replace the touchpad as it can't be fixed

CAUTION: Touchpad FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) can be damaged if removed while the mainboard connector and the touchpad connector are locked
