Tried to google in every way to see what is the reason, the laptop is sitll in warranty and I think i can return it. The Nitro AN517-55 is a great gaming laptop and there is nothing wrong with your laptop, the problem is that you haven’t set this laptop up properly from when you have got it new. The AN517-55 laptop works best on resolution 1920 x 1080 and refresher rate of 144Hz, and the reason why you are getting the screen stripping is because you changed the refresher rate to 165Hz.

Don’t run Win-10 on this laptop, as this laptop is designed for Win-11. Install Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.6.2 and follow the exact instructions to uninstall all the NVidia old drivers from your laptop first. Then install the latest Nvidia GeForce® RTX™ 3050 for Win-11.

After, make sure that Windows Update is up to date, install all the Intel latest drivers with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and scan your laptop, then get the latest NVidia driver and also install the GeForce Experience software and run your games within this software to utilise NVidia’s ultimate settings for your gaming and also set Nvidia Control Panel at Program Settings for these games or your high end software to the High-performance Nvidia processor, as all these settings and driver updates will most certainly make sure that your laptop will perform to its best within Win-11.

Thanks, but the thing is I cannot change the HZ from 165 to 144, the display of the laptop came with 165 hz. I also have a Nvidia 3060.
