Used Computer - Need to Remove Company Sign In

I recently purchased a used computer it has a organization sign in through Microsoft it uses Windows 10. I can log in using the company user and password. How do I go about removing this and other software I will never need? I want it to work without the log in prompt of this company and where I can set it up with my personal log in through MS.

How is this best performed?

    Hi @TeeBoone

Buy a legal Windows10 license online, prepare a Windows bootable USB flashdrive, download Windows10 ISO file, Install the new Windows version over the old one while deleting all old data. Don't reformat your HDD as you will lose all your drivers. If you need Office or Outlook, there are some good deals online like Office Prof 2019 for $40. If you still get that company logo flash a new BIOS version. There are plenty of threads on many different forums online how to install Windows over an existing windows version but don't use Reset as you will still see the old logo and open an Microsoft Account with your profile.
