You need to take your laptop to an experienced technician that can fix these sorts of problems of a burned/welded capacitor of a laptops mobo, and if that burned capacitor hasn’t done any damage to the actual mobo strands and its links.

Usually a small capacitor like that if its shorted or slightly cracked and burned can be taken out and the laptop will still work, without that capacitor, but the burned/welded onto the mobo capacitor damage that you have, needs an experienced technician to test and analyse the exact cause of this problem and also the mobo strands at that capacitor if they are not damaged and the link broken? All this needs specialist micro soldering tools and a microscope to be fixed correctly, as a user like you can’t do anything or fix this yourself. To make you feel better 😁 this is not a serious problem and/or you will not need to buy a new mobo as it can be fixed and your laptop will be good as new!,
