Hello,

I have a ChromeBox CXi4 and I cannot get into Developer Mode because I have no Power button on my regular Dell keyboard.

Does anyboy know how I can open Developer Mode?

I want to be able to Boot from USB to an Ubuntu network connection for work.

Thank you.

    1. Connect an external display to the HDMI port on the rear side of the system, and plug
AC adapter then press the Power button on the front side of the system to turn-off
      the system.
    2. Press the Power button on the box and insert a paper clip to the Recovery PinHole to enter to the
      Recovery mode.
    3. When a screen appears, press Ctrl+ D
    4. When a second screen appears, insert a paper clip to the Recovery Hole to enter to the
Developer mode. The system will reboot
    5. Wait about 30seconds, the system will beep twice and a recovery mode screen should appear
    6. The system will clean the data and switch to Developer Mode. Wait about 30 seconds,
and then the system will automatically transfer to the next step
    7. A message will appear to indicate that the system is transitioning to Developer
Mode. There is transition status on the top portion of screen. Once this process
finishes, the system will automatically restart
    8. The system should boot to the OOBE screen
    9. Press and hold power button till machine shuts off
