Bluetooth In/Out Problem ("Radio Status"?) Predator Triton 300 SE

I'm having worsening problem with my bluetooth connection on my laptop and I can't for the life of me find anything online to help me. First, I have the Predator Triton 300 SE, running Windows 11. I've only had it for a couple of months, its very new. I have checked for updates, restarted, disconnected/reconnected all devices so its nothing that straightforward. Basically what's happening is I'll be playing a game using a bluetooth conroller and bluetooth headphones (I have tried using just one or the other, and that doesn't help either, so it's not an issue with the 2 devices competing with one another), and they will randomly just disconnect from the bluetooth. They both disconnect at the same time, so it's definitely not a problem with the devices themselves. They will not reconnect on their own, I have to run the bluetooth troubleshooter. At the end it will give me the "troubleshooting completed" window and it indicates the problem found as "check bluetooth radio status" and shows it as fixed. Once this troubleshooter has run the problem is indeed fixed and both devices automatically reconnect. At first this would last maybe an hour before I had to do it all again. Now, a couple of days later, it got to the point where I'd have to do it every few minutes, and now even though it shows it as "fixed" again, the devices aren't actually able to connect at all. Google isn't helpful for this because if you type in "bluetooth radio" or anything close to that into the search bar it assumes you are having problems with a bluetooth speaker and just tells you to restart your computer/disconnect and reconnect devices and other first line steps that don't apply here. I'm at a complete loss. Does anyone have suggestions?

Just to give you some information about your problem, as its common, the Acer Nitro (which I've been using for over 12 months with Win-11 and have had allot of Bluetooth Intel Killer driver problems with) and the Predator laptops Bluetooth (not Wi-Fi as there are no problems with that) are very common especially with their Intel Wireless BT Intel Killer AX16xx cards and their Intel Win-11 drivers.

The best solution is to never ever allow Windows Update to update to the new Win-11 Intel Killer Bluetooth drivers on your laptop from its OEM Acer Bluetooth driver for your laptop (sorry I don’t know your exact Predator Triton 300 SE you have, as I would give you more detailed advice) as I’ve had this problem with my Nitro 5 laptop also with my Bluetooth driver, You need to refresh both of these OEM drivers of the BT and the Realtek audio driver and make sure that you are running both of these original Acer Intel BT and Realtek audio drivers ONLY.

To make sure that you are running the Acer OEM drivers do this, go into Device Manager > Bluetooth and click on Intel Wireless Bluetooth then right click on > Properties > Drivers then have a look at the BT driver and make sure that it’s the Acer OEM driver version, do the same with the Realtek audio driver in Device Manager > Sound video and game controllers > Realtek audio and do the same.

If these drivers have been changed, then do this to change them back, in Driver > click on Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer and click on the Acer OEM driver version from that list for both BT and Realtek Audio and refresh the driver as that should fix the BT disconnections problems. Or if that doesn’t work then uninstall the BT in Device Manager and Realtek audio in Control Panel drivers completely and install the OEM BT and Realtek audio drivers from Acer only and not their latest drivers, this is very important as that fixes this problem also, btw I've just done that with the Realtek audio as there is an annoying audio volume low level problems in these laptops which this reinstall seemed to have fixed so that I can increase the audio volume, which is aniother problem that these laptops have and people are complaining about also, so be aware of that too.

Note: Bluetooth functionality is affected by many audio drivers within your laptop as you can see from the caption and list below. As you can see, the BT can be affected by either the Realtek, Intel or NVidia drivers and if they are corrupted you will have BT and audio problems. So make sure that all Windows Updates and Intel drivers (don't update the Intel Bluetooth with both) but install the "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant" so that you have especially the Intel graphics drivers up to date and other important Intel drivers. The audio driver list below is from this Intel scan and also make sure that you have the latest NVidia graphics driver installed for your gpu, which is also important, as all this will make your Predator Triton 300 SE bluetooth function 100%. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
