I recently purchased an Aspire TC-1750-UR12 Desktop | 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400 with 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 | 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD Intel UHD 730 graphics. To say that I am disappoionted is a vast understatement! Sansui ES-24F1 1080p FHD monitor 60/75 Hz . The graphics are abysmal! Pictures are not sharp at all, lacking fine detail and even have shadow lines around figures in pic. The same goes for videos. The only thing in clear focus is the main subject in the frame. I contacted Support Chat and asked about the Pcie slot on motherboard and asked for advice on adding a video card and was told they don't do any recommendations. I asked even just for a general "type" of card and was told to make sure it was compatible with the i5-12400 CPU, the he abruptly ended that chat session.
Turns out, I didn't scroll down far enough on the Amazon page (where I bought PC) as there was a review of it and shows that the power supply in the Aspire 1750 isn't adequate for an add on video card. I have never been more disappointed in a PC in my life. My wife's old Aspire x1930 had far better graphics than this one and it had a Pentium 5, 4Gb ram with Intel HD.
Any suggestions?
