I did factory reset without graphics drivers once and im getting low fps in overwatch 2 but other games are working fine with usual fps.

But in overwatch 2 im getting only 165 fps . I have 165 hz screen and rtx 3060 acer predator helios 300 (2022) and i9 12th gen .

To fix the issue i even did factory reset without internet and even used DDU to uninstall the drivers nothing solved the issue

    Hello!!

    @Muhil

Make sure game is running in dedicated gpu.

    you need do like this↓

    1. Right Click on your desktop

    2. Click NVIDIA Control Panel

    3. Click Manage 3D Settings on the left menu

    4. Click the drop down menu for Preferred graphics processor under the Global Settings tab

    5. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list

    6. Click Apply to save your changes.

    Now play games and check

Clean install your NVIDIA driver from Acer support site, then update your GPU driver using GeForce Experience. Check if it helped. Also try using recommended settings by GeForce Experience.

I dont know if the above was the issue or some registry entry if mine got corrupt idk

But if registry was corrupt it would have been negated because i factory reset without internet once

While doing factory reset, did you choose to 'keep your files and folders'?

Create a backup image using Macrium Reflect. Next, download all the drivers and software from Acer support page. Then do a clean installation using Microsoft Media Creation Tool. With internet turned off, install all of them. Then run Windows Update, Intel DSA & GeForce Experience and check.

Maybe. Try it. Clean install would be the best bet IMO. Also check for potential issues in Overwatch 2.

Did your laptop boot back after BIOS downgrade? Also, you could have kept using the newer BIOS.
