Hi Guy!

I am using an Acer Nitro 5 Tiger AN515-58 laptop with an I5-12th processor and NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphics.

I have some issues that I would like Acer to support me with:
I am using 2 external monitors for my laptop (1 HDMI port -> HDMI & 1 USB-C port -> DisplayPort). When I checked the NVIDIA Control Panel, it only recognizes the HDMI->HDMI connection being rendered through the dedicated 3050 graphics card, but not the USB-C->DP connection. I am not sure if the laptop supports MUX switch technology or any other similar technology that can render both monitors (2 output ports) through the dedicated 3050 graphics card. I would greatly appreciate a detailed response and guidance. Thank you!

Did you try repeatedly toggling through the FN+F5 external monitor key combination until both the HDMI & DP connections are active?

The block diagram for your model shows this:

Which suggests the GN20 chip (3050) is used for the HDMI port and back through the CPU for the internal display, but not for the Alt Mode DP port on the USB-C.
