What happens when you turn the machine on and IMMEDIATELY start tapping the F2 key? Does the BIOS menu appear? Please post a phone photo of BIOS iNFORMATION tab if possible.

Just in addition and some advice to you, if your gpu doesn’t work its most likely a hardware issue as your laptop has an integrated gpu and a separate Nvidia GTX940MX graphics gpu chip and there could be hardware issues with the Nvidia gpu chip or its vram. Fixing these problems is a complex task and most likely financially unfeasible as its easier to buy a new motherboard.

Fixing or replacing an Nvidia gpu chip in a laptop can only be done by a technician that specialises and is prepared to take on this job, as not many techs do or are prepared to fix gpu’s in a laptop, in a desktop yes as it’s a separate card! As they need to do a memory test and pin point the memory vram chip faults and any circuitries that are faulty/damaged that affrects the graphics and the gpu or if its the actual gpu chip that is faulty? This tech needs to analyse the GTX gpu, as it might need the actual gpu chip to be re-floated or removed and re-balled if it’s a connection issue fault, if the actual gpu that is damaged then and unless your tech has a spare donor board of an E5-575G to replace the gpu, then you could fix your gpu issues but, this job is very costly as its cheaper to buy a new motherboard and replace your existing motherboard. Just for your information, have a look at this site northwestrepair as this guy repairs gpu cards and he’s a genius micro soldering master and does repairs of gpu cards but, I don’t know if he fixes laptop gpu chips? Get into contact with him and ask him the cost of fixing a laptop gpu, if you want your gpu fixed.

Note: if you want to replace your E5-575Gs existing motherboard, have a look at its number and part numbers and look for a new motherboard on the web, have a look here “NBGD411006 I5-7200U GT940MX Motherboard for Acer Aspire E5-575G F5-573G DAZAAMB16E0” at $219.99 as it would be cheaper and esier to just replace your mobo completely to fix your gpu issues.
