Hello, my son installed the new Microsoft FLight Sim 2020 on our A515-56 and it worked for several weeks. it all of a sudden crashes when he now goes to play or choose his flight route. Is this because of the graphics card? if so, does upgrading the graphics card null the warranty and how do i go about it? thanks

The A515-56 has a graphics adapter that's integrated with the CPU. It cannot be changed or upgraded since, unlike desktop PCs, it's soldered to the mainboard. The Microsoft Flight Simulator also requires a discrete graphic adapter with its own dedicated RAM to play properly under more rigorous playing conditions. Unfortunately the A515-56 doesn't meet this requirement and would be expected to crash if game playing is pushed to more complex scenarios. Crashing can be somewhat reduced by increasing RAM to a maximum of 20GB or 24GB instead of the typical 8GB or 12GB.

hi there, thanks for the response. Is it easy to increase RAM? Where is the best place to purchase?
