Good day! I have Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-54. I just erased all my files and factory reset my laptop and NO BOOTABLE DEVICE keeps popping up and I'm getting BSOD. I'm confused to what is the problem of my laptop if it's the SSD where my OS is? I'm thinking about buying new SSD now but I'm fully aware that my current drives that I'm using are healthy and functional. Any advice and information regarding this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The equipment is compatible with Windows 11, so it is not an incompatibility problem:

    https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/windows/windows-11-compatibility

the bsod and that it is not recognized may be because the installation procedure is not correct.
You have to download the Windows ISO from Microsoft and create an installation USB with the tool you have on the page itself:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

You should not create the USB with other tools such as Rufus to avoid certificate problems with secure boot.

Hi @pbzkeijima I don't think it's an ssd problem either.
Do you have Windows 10 or Windows 11?
What version of Windows did the computer have when you bought it?
What was the procedure to establish the equipment, from the Windows options or are you using an installation USB?
    Thank you.

Good day. This laptop is pre-installed with Windows 10. When I updated to Windows 11, I frequently having BSOD and errors making my laptop freeze even when start-up. Now, I finished resetting my laptop and still having “No Bootable Device” error. I reinstalled the Windows using cloud download.

I followed your advice to make USB bootable device. In installing Windows again using USB, is it normal that my drives are already in partition as it was before?

Create a Macrium Reflect image backup of your perfectly working Windows so that next time you can just restore it if such problems occur again.
