The on/off symptoms that you are having is either with the super IO or bios chip or it’s a gpu issue where the gpu has been overheating for a long time and its solder connection to the mobo has deteriorated and needs refloating but, there could be numerous other issues which a user like you can’t fix and/or diagnose without experience and the proper tools.

That red circled area is around the bios battery plug and should not be overheating, there must be something wrong with the bios battery that is causing that heat built up. Best way is to do a “Hard Reset” by taking the main battery out, disconnect the bios battery (check if the bios battery has 3V output as that could be a problem if it hasn’t or if the bios battery plug is shortening out at the plug to the mobo) I would replace the bios battery to be sure, and after all that take all ram modules out too.

Leave these components disconnected for 15min reconnect all components and if you have 2x ram modules only use 1x ram module to boot the laptop, this should reset the super IO and bios chips and if your laptop is 100% then it will boot and work properly. Let us know how you go and if the problem is still there?

    If not then its

Tryed it the laptop stays on but the screen is off and when I connect a HDMI it says no signal. The screen did have issues before this problem because of video cable thats why I opened the laptop in the first place but the screen wouldn't be completly turn off it would just be black but I dont think it is because of that becasue the HDMI also doesnt work.

    Any suggestions
