After +2 years since I've bought this laptop (Nitro 5), I've realized that the refresh rate is stuck at 60Hz (Intel's). So how to fix this? I'd like to set it to maximum, I believe it should be more than 100Hz (Nvidia). But I don't see the option.

In the system settings there's only the Intel graphics, althoug the Nvidia control panel works (latest drivers installed). Under the ‘manage 3d settings’ I am able to set the Nvidia as prefered. I've also tried to disable the Intel card from the device manager, without luck. I was hoping that the Intel will be gone from the System settings and the Geforce will appear instead - it didn't happen.

Shouldn't I be able to select the Nvidia card from the System's Advanced display and choose the refresh rate from there? Or is there another way?!
