Hi @Dbrianp These lines can be caused mainly by a software problem (drivers) or by physical problems such as screen wiring, the screen itself or the graphics card.
Can you try connecting an external monitor to see if the problem is reproduced? Thank you.
Greetings.

Thanks. I don't have another screen that I can connect it to, but I can cast it to my TV.

If you can, please try both methods separately.

OK, cast it to my TV. No lines on the TV. So, PC hardware??? (I know, I do things at the speed of an Ent. Lol.)

If the TV shows the same problem, surely the graphics card is faulty, but it should be confirmed by a technical service.
Thank you.

TV doesn't show lines. So what are the posible problems?? (Thanks!)

Sorry, I misunderstood.
If the TV does not show the problem, surely it is the screen that is damaged and as I mentioned before, a technical service should confirm it.
If this is the problem, ask for a budget for a screen change.
Thank you.
