Firstly, your version 1.03 bios is from 2017/06/27 and its old and needs updating to the last bios version 1.14 dated: 2019/03/29 and titled ”Update Intel CPU Microcode KBL-U 009A, SKL-U 00C6”as that could be giving you some cpu/gpu graphics problems also, as there are allot of fixes for the cpu/gpu in all this laptops bios updates that will fix your problems that you are having. You need to do this once you have Win-10 working and booting 100% and your laptop does not have any chances of crashing, as doing a bios update with a problematic laptop that crashes will brick your laptop, so be aware of this.

The most important FIX is to reinstall Win-10 and install all the needed drivers, use the windows installation USB to start the installation, like you did before but and completely delete and format the boot drive. And then and after you have deleted/formatted the boot drive do this:

You need to get another PC and on another separate USB download from the Acer Drivers & Manuals for the Aspire A315-51 laptop, download the “IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver Hot Fix 16.7.8.1024” version 16.7.8.1024 driver as this driver is for the boot drive to be recognised and work 100% with your laptop.

Install this from the separate USB by going to the “Load driver” in the windows installation page and process, continue with the full installation of Win-10 and when you finish make sure that all windows updates are downloaded and up to date, then install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and make sure that you update all the needed Intel latest drivers for your Aspire A315-51 laptop, if there are any exclamation maked drivers in Device Manager then get those drivers from the Acer Drivers & Manuals for the Aspire A315-51 laptop as they are there.

After you have done all this your laptop should work 100% without your screen going a cyane colour, if that still does happen then it’s ether the eDP plug/cable at the LCD screen or mobo that is shorted or the A315-51s LCD screen needs replacing as its faulty, to get the right screen, you need to take the old screen out and see its part number and search on th eweb for a replacement screen..

What laptop model do you have? Do a Hard Reset, take the battery out and the bios and ram out, leave them all disconnected for 15min and reconnect all, then reboot and see if the laptops fires up. If not then its either a boot drive judging by the captions that you have posted.
