Hi @Vatsal14 could it be a Windows problem, what is the version of your operating system?

Did it happen suddenly or was there a change made to the laptop?

There are no settings in the bios for touchpads, the settings for the touchpad is in the windows OS at settings “touchpad settings” and if you can’t get the touchpad to work through settings and reinstalling the driver then its either that the touchpad connection has come lose or the touchpad is faulty and needs replacing.

These are the two different touchpads that are fitted to the Nitro AN515-45 laptop they are both the same, these touchpads can be bought and replaced on your laptop to make the touchpad work if your is fasulty.
