My Laptop Nitro AN515-46 freezes on the desktop after logging in for seconds

After I put my password in and press enter, the laptop still works fine until it loads into the desktop and it freezes. Showing the desktop and the fans get a little bit louder.
I try holding the power button until the laptop shuts down and the next time I turn on everything is back to normal. This problem only happens once a day on the first time I turn on the laptop.
I bought this laptop 2 weeks ago and this problem started happening to me 2 days ago. I still have the warranty.
Is there any way to fix this?
The spec is AMD Ryzen 5 6600H Ram 16.0GB nvidia geforce rtx 3050 ti.

Thank you.

Your new laptop should not be doing that, if you are knowledgeable enough and comfortable to open the back cover of your new laptop, you need to do a Hard Reset of this laptop, this entails to unscrew all the take the back cover screws and take the back panel off, then disconnect the main battery and take the battery out, disconnect the bios (little black battery) and take the ram out, leave all components disconnected for 15min and reconnect everything and all components and reboot laptop, as all this will reset the Super IO chip and bios chip and make your laptop perform perfectly, if not then send it back to Acer support as there are other issues wrong with this laptop and it needs fixing by an experienced Acer tech or the laptop needs changing for a new one.
