Does this laptop support RAID? If so how? I can't seem to find anything in the BIOS.

    Your laptops the AN515-55 bios and in its Main section >SATA Mode has these settings - [AHCI] / [Optane without RAID] / [Optane with RAID] that does the following:

    • Determines how STAT controller(s) operate.

    • By default, this item is hidden. Visible only after the user presses Ctrl+S (if supported) in this menu.

    • The default value is [Optane with RAID].

    This SATA Mode is set at default to [Optane with RAID] which means that you can use this laptop for any RAID Array that you wish by following the guide for the RAID Array that you want to use be it Software RAID which is a RAID Array where the drives are connected directly to the motherboard whose configuration is managed by the utility software in the host computer’s operating system or the more complex Hardware RAID that its drives are connected to the motherboard through special hardware called RAID controller (which this laptop doesn’t have and you can’t add) as Hardware RAID is an attractive option for applications that require complex RAID configurations.

    @larry6528

    You should be able to enable it in the 'BIOS' (UEFI) Settings (F2 at boot), Go to Advanced, Storage Config, then set SATA to RAID mode
