My one year old laptop's gpu fan speed is only reaching a maximum of 3000 rpm, even while heavy gaming. It used to reach a maximum of 6000 rpm. There were certain times where the fan wasn't even spinning even when the GPU was in use. After it starts to show this problem a certain kind of beep sound is heard sometimes.

My laptop is nitro 5 rtx 3050

Model number is:AN515-57-57PD

Here even after i manually put the GPU fan at Max it is still sitting around 2500-3000 rpm .It used to reach around 6000 rpm.

If GPU fan stays below 5000 rpm when GPU temperature reaches 85*C or more, it should be replaced. At 60*C, GPU fan should be below 3000rpm.which your NitroSense is showing.
