My Predator PH317-54 (serial Number: NHQ9VAA001XXX) while gaming (only gaming) freezes, but i can still walk around in game for about 5 seconds before sometimes just crashing or sometimes blue screens with stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION for half a second before shutting down and it wont boot back up until i hold down the power button on the keyboard. The other possibility is it just freezes shuts down then says no bootable device and i have to again, hold down the power button to restart it. So far I've updated Windows, Windows drivers, Nvidia drivers, used Blue screen view to try and see mind dump files but nothing showed up after it BSOD, this started around 2/4/23.

if you upgraded your operating system to Windows 11, downgrade to Windows 10 which is the default OS

download and install all the drivers and apps and update the BIOS

there is no choice but to install fresh Windows 10 operating system

    backup your files first

make two partitions: one for the OS and one for the files

after the OS is installed, install some important apps like antivirus, microsoft office, etc. then create an image of the OS using Macrium Reflect or Aomei then save it to the other partition (e.g. second partition)
