Ok, so I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-55. It was working fine until today. The laptop wasn't charging so I had to uninstall the Battery Drivers and restart the laptop. Once I did that it charged fully. However, once I unplugged it the laptop shut down. When I powered it back on, it wouldn't open. So I plugged it back in and then it opened. When I hover over the Battery icon there's nothing. I generated a Battery Report and it shows nothing for the Designed Capacity and the Fully Charged capacity. I used HWMonitor and a multimeter to check the battery. It shows 0V and 100% wear levels.
What should I do? This laptop is still under warranty.
