Why Acer predator helios 300 computer dies

Good night.

I have a helios predator 300 And he stopped giving. He was using his computer and he died. The warranty ended on 5 February. It's normal after 11 days the computer dies.

And the computer since I bought it has had several problems. Since problems with disc, fans,, and had one that died after 5 days of purchase.

It is very bad the fact of having a gamer computer and it only last up to 11days after the warranty.

I'm very disappointed with the Acer Predator 300.

1. Unplug charger.
2. Press and hold power button for about a minute
3. Plug charger back in.
4. Wait for battery charge LED to turn from orange to blue This may take 24 hours.
5. Only after battery LED turns steady blue, then try to turn laptop on again.
