Hi my device AN515-58 788h

motherboard has been changed. After that, I installed windows again.

While power modes change the fan speed in Nitro Sense before, now it does not exceed 3000 RPM even in performance mode.

It used to go up to 6000 RPM in performance mode. Does anyone know if it's because of the BIOS update? My bios version was just updated to 1.13 Tech service.

It sees a maximum of 2900 RPM in auto mode. It's like it's always running in silent mode.

Its got nothing to do with the bios as you have PS setup wrongly or judging by the NS caption above and version, you haven't got the latest version installed, this is the proper settings for gaming and for your laptop fans to appropriately have its fans cool the cpu/gpu, Fan Control at Aoto and CoolBoost to ON and power plan at High performance, that is how I've got NS setup for all gaming and general usage and in my neck of the woods its summer now and temp exceed 100F and even get up to 110F and the below settings are perfect, btw the caption below is NS latest version for Win-11 and its from my Nitro AN515-56 after 3 hours of continual operation at 100F outside temps with no inside room air con, so they work pretty well and the temps are perfect.

    Open Windows 10 settings.

    Open System settings.

Open “Power & sleep” and there “Additional power settings”

    Open power plan settings.

Click on “Change advanced power settings”

Switch selected power plan if required.

    Click “Restore plan defaults”

    Its a not F its a C.

I downloaded the latest version from Acer's website. Power mods don't work at all. It gives low mode performance in High Performance mode. While playing games, the CPU is running at 2.4 GHz.
