RAM Usage,ConceptD Palette Preformence mode,Keyboard light

Hello,I've purchased Acer ConceptD 5 [CN516-72G] laptop,

there are few issues that concerns me 

**I will includes screenshots of the issues**

** to insure the laptop was plugged to the AC **


1st:ConceptD Palette preformence mode doesnt appears on the app [refer on screenshot]


2nd: i cant click on the keyboard light buttom [its grey] on the ConceptD Palette APP [refer on screenshot]


3rd:the laptop seems to use very high amount of RAM altought nothing is open [just 1 microsoft edge window] - refer on screenshot


4th:sometimes the laptop's fans going into turbo mode and getting loud for few seconds and none heavy workload\app is open

    1. What do you see when you left click the battery charge icon in the tray?
    2. What happens to the keyboard backlight button when you press FN+F9 combination or F9 alone?
    3. The Windows operating system itself needs about 3GBRAM to run plus any background apps that are typically loaded on startup like virus scanner, one drive, cortana , edge, Skype, Spotify etc that are found in Task Manager startup tab They can use another 2+GB. So for 16GB total RAM, about 40% or 5+GB RAM usage seems close to spot on to me. If it bothers you, right click and disable some of the startup apps you aren't using in Task Manager.
    4. Fans often intermittently run faster. Even under light loads the CPU heats up, This is normal particularly if power mode slider (see item #1 above) is set to better or best performance and laptop is not raised about an inch above a hard surface to promote better airflow You can decrease heat and fan noise by moving power mode slider toward better battery life and raising laptop.
