I am very disappointed to have purchased the Acer Predator Helios PH315-53 product.
I've been using it for almost 3 years and the worst problem is the FPS drop when playing games. normally with specifications like that, you should be able to get high fps but not on my laptop. fps drops to 16 fps. and in the end, I brought my laptop to the Acer Center and after waiting 2 weeks the laptop was returned with a new motherboard series (replaced motherboard). but 1 year later the same thing happened again. More precisely December 2022 I returned to the Acer Center for the 3rd time and the stock of spare parts ran out in my country so I ordered it first for 1 month in the country the laptop was made. but after waiting 1 month, which is February 7 2023 and just installed on my laptop, the new motherboard always restarts and can't enter the windows page. I have to wait for another 1 month this is very detrimental to my time.
What I don't understand here is why the new motherboard has problems like that many times, confirmation from the Acer Center there is a possibility that 4 new motherboards have been tried on my laptop and all of these motherboards always have problems, I mean are you as serious as Acer? 4 new and abnormal motherboards? This is very disappointing and a waste of my time. I wish acer did something that would atisfy me but is this the truth? Soon my 3-year warranty will expire in May 2023 and there will be an error like this without a rranty? I think is is driving me crazy. I hope Acer reads and takes my complaint seriously!
