I have been trouble shooting for a day or so. The Pro2 (BT v5.2) earbuds connect & pair & even work for a second, then they stop, stutter with more audio and fail. other bluetooth with v5.0. Audio works with other wireless connections. ive unpaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, forgotten etc... nothing seems to work. and ive never had an issue with these on any other device. im stuck.

What is the exact Triton 300 model number as and if you are talking about an Intel Killer BT card driver then do this first, go to Device Manager >Bluetooth right click on your BT card >Properties >Driver >Update Driver >Browse my computer for drivers >Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer as you should have something like below (this is for a Nitro AN515-56 that I have)

Usually, the Acer oem BT driver works best (like I've shown highlighted below as an example for my Nitro AN515-56) as allot of the new and updated especially for the Killer Intel driver that don't work like in my AN515-56 where the Acer oem BT driver version 22.40.0.2 is the only BT driver that works with my JBL LIVE650BTNC BT version 4.2 headphones and all the other updated Killer Intel drivers like below don't work at all, this is for Win-11 as that is what I use, I can't say for Win-10.

If all this doesn't work, then you need to completely uninstall all BT drivers and only have the oem driver listed for your Bluetooth installed as that will work. Try that as BT is a a very problematic thing with these laptops especially the BT version 4.2 to 5.2.
