Fan sounds like a propeller airplane at certain angles on Swift 3

I bought my Acer Swift 3 2 years ago, and right off the bat, it had some cooling issues and overheats a lot. It soon went away but I couldn't help but notice my cpu fan sounds like a propeller airplane, its as if the fan blades are hitting something but they're not. Sometimes after putting the laptop into sleep mode, the fan wouldn't turn back on no matter how hot it got. At first before the fans started to not turn on, I didn't think of the fan noise as a problem, and it probably isn't that big of a deal, but now after the fan just doesn't turn on sometimes, I've had some GPU issues, and left a permanent purple mark on the screen. To prevent my CPU from completely failing, what should I be looking into? I already have plans to replace the fans itself with an aftermarket one to see if it solves any issues, but Im also worried this issue is caused by the motherboard

Here are some steps you can try to address software-related issues:

    1. Update the BIOS and graphics card drivers to ensure you have the latest and most stable version.
    2. Reinstall the operating system to see if this solves any software-related issues.
    3. Use a system monitoring tool to check the temperatures and usage of your CPU and GPU to see if there are any software-related issues causing overheating.
    4. Disable any unnecessary background applications or services that may be causing excessive CPU or GPU usage.
    5. Adjust the power settings in the operating system to ensure that the CPU and GPU are not being pushed to their limits.

If you have tried these steps and the problems persist, it may be a hardware issue that requires professional assistance.

Here are some steps you can take to try to address the problems:

    1. Clean the laptop's fans and vents of dust or debris to ensure proper airflow and cooling.
    2. Check the temperature of your CPU and GPU while the laptop is running to ensure they are not overheating. If they are, you may need to reapply the thermal paste to the CPU and GPU or replace the thermal paste altogether.
    3. Replace the fans with an aftermarket one to see if this solves the fan noise and failure issues.
    4. If the GPU issues persist, you may need to replace the GPU or have it repaired by a professional(If possible).
    5. If a hardware issue causes the purple mark on the screen, it may not be repairable.
