In the description of the specs for the Nitro 5 AN515-58-527s it states the maximum graphics power of the RTX 3060 as "up to" 140w. So what is the exact watt rating of the 3060 in this particular model. The GPU boost clock is "up to" 1525Mhz which is well below what a 140w card can achieve. Signed confused.

The 3060 mobile chip in your particular model should be~140 watts boosted. Not sure you can compare it with a full size desktop card nominally rated at ~140 watts. For example, the full size 3060 card is ~170watts but up to ~225 watts boosted.
