I'm a computer tinhorn. I bought a power bank for sundry uses, which includes a USB-C port so I could also charge my laptop, but it does not work. I've scanned user manuals, acer site, forums, etc to no available. Save my bacon friends. Recommend exact power bank specs needed, or better yet, a make/model available on amazon (canada). Many thanks to any and all help

Your Spin SP513-53N requires 20V, 45W on the USB-C port on that left side in order to charge. Does the power bank give that voltage or only 5V?

Yeah, a lot of those power banks are really only designed to work with phones...
