Hey, VERY new to all of this so please excuse my lack of knowledge in this realm. Im looking to upgrade the RAM and SSD on my Acer PC (same model # as OP)

For RAM. I can just look up the model and snag any 8GB one from Crucial to double what I have? or do I buy 1 16GB

and for SSD What exact Samsung model would I need for SSD? or what numbers am i looking to match?

    Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

    THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

The Predator PO3-630G models use 3200MT/s JEDEC memory in 4GB, 8GB or 16GB DIMMs. You are best served to match pairs of them, which allows the system to run in dual channel mode. Typically these models came with either 8GB, as two 4GB sticks, or 16GB, as two 8GB sticks. You can look inside your machine to verify what you have. If you use the Crucial scanner just be sure to look at all the options they suggest, and choose the least expensive one that has the 3200 memory. They will give you all the most expensive options first, of course. :) Don't get XMP memory, it's base speed will be much slower than the rated speed, likely 2133 or 2400.

Your system supports two NVMe x4 SSDs in the M.2 2280 form factor. The port is PCIe 3.0, so though a PCIe 4.0 card will work, it won't be any faster than the 3.0 cards. Just choose the size that fits your needs. Currently the 1TB versions are pretty cheap and the 2TB are also good choices. 4TB and up are more expensive. 8TB are available and there is at least one that approaches 16TB, though it's targetted directly at large data servers and very expensive.
