  • Your TC-705 is NOT compatible with Win-11 no matter what you do to it. The TC-705 has a 4th Gen Intel CPU and the min spec CPU for Win-11 is an 8th Gen Intel CPU plus the motherboard has to be TPM 2.0 compliant for a secure cryptoprocessor, and for a dedicated microcontroller designed to secure hardware through integrated cryptographic keys which your TC-705 motherboard doesn't have.

Also, there is no such CPU as the i7-4709, did you mean the i7-4790, as that is what is fitted to the top TC-705 desktops as they are the top 4th Gen spec desktop CPU, so your CPU is just fine, but you can upgrade the ram to 32GB max into the 2x slots at 2x 16GB DDR3-1333/1600 or DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.5V and also with this desktops 300W PSU and if you don't have a GPU graphics card, you can fit one of the top GPUs to this desktop the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 750Ti and also add a 2.5" SSD drive. as all these updates will improve your TC-705s performance by at least 150% or more and make it allot better for you to use in the next 2 years until you upgrade to a Win-11 capable desktop or laptop. Your options are either leave your desktop as it and wait 2 years or if you want more performance for minimal cost then upgrade to the above specs.

I think that was just a typo, it's likely an i7-4790 CPU. That answer is still the same, it runs Windows 10 and does not run Window 11.
