Ever since i got this Pc it has been freezing for 4-6 seconds out of nowhere. I soon found out that it was because nitrosense. Whenever i didnt have nitrosense opened it would not freeze at all i can be playing for hours and it would not freeze, but when i have nitrosense opened it starts to freeze when i use it. Im pretty sure its the nitro sense service because if i open nitrosense then close it it will still freeze but when i close nitrosense and the service it stops. I need to have nitrosense opened for my fans but if this keeps happening i cant is there anyway to solve this problem? Just in case the version of nitrosense is V3.00.3008

A desktop freezing can be caused by many factors and not by juts one app, I've got NS on my laptop and it can run all day everyday with all applications and games and it never ever freezes my Nitro laptop, Try to first troubleshoot apps (there are allot of guides on app troubleshooting on the web) and see if there are any problems with NS or any other apps, also uninstall NitroSense Version:3.00.3008_20210707 and reinstall the app again as you must have other issues with the OS that are causing the freezing.

Also, make sure that you have adequate ram for all your application and games, clean your hard drive out with Disk Cleanup and Cleanup system files and get rid of all the updates stored files on your system, make sure all windows updates are up to date, the bios is up to date, your Intel drivers are all up to date, and your NVidia graphics are up to date as all this will contribute to your OS freezing. Have a look at this guide also Why Your Computer Keeps Freezing and How to Fix it [EASY]

update your drivers using IOBit Driver Booster.

disable some apps that are running at Windows startup in the task manager.

uninstall unused/unnecessary files from the system.

    defragment the drive.

scan for hidden viruses using adwcleaner, smadav and symantec/mcafee endpoint protection
