Im not even sure what kind of laptop this is. It’s an acre it’s a bit old but it was working fine just a bit slow.
a couple days ago it fell off the bed maybe about 3 feet and fell on the ground which I got my first error message telling me something about the disc however it worked after that just slower than normal. Then about a day or two later I was using it and it froze and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it to unfreeze so I forced shut down. It loaded twice after that but wouldn’t open any program once I got in so I clicked restart and now for the past 24 hours no matter what I try to do it says my computer couldn’t restart. And the only troubleshooting options I haven’t tried are the ones that require a password because my windows login password is a pin and apparently when I type it in it’s incorrect and when I googled it I was told I need to change the pin to a password but I can’t because I can’t get into my laptop and I’m spending hours doing these disc checks and everything only for it to result in the same issue that my laptop couldn’t restart… so is this something that can be fixed or do I need to get a new laptop?
