Acer Nitro AN517-54-54-74JY Camera don't work It is hidden in the device manager is not available

Hello. I had Windows 10 and my camera in Laptop didn't work. It is hidden in the device manager and is not available. I did not understand what was the matter, there are no drivers on the site. the camera model is indicated there as HD User Facing, I updated Windows to 11 yesterday, and the camera worked with a bang, but today when I started the computer, the camera does not work again, is not available, I click update the driver, it checks and finds nothing, it sends Windows updates and there too there is nothing. I've looked online and can't find anything that could help. They write look for drivers and there is no driver for the camera

I don't know why but my camera shows as not conected but I don't how it can be disconected?

in device manager I cannot turn on.

and I have no one button to turn on camera on keyboard

There are key binds like (fn+v) on forums but it didn't help

may be you know how I can fix it?

maybe a malware attack (scan by downloading and installing adware cleaner, smadav and symantec/mcafee endpoint protection)

uninstall unnecessary apps that sometimes run in the background. (use IOBit uninstaller - can be download in the same link)

update all your drivers to the latest (use IOBit Driver Booster)

disable startup apps using the task manager

optimize and defragment the drive

try System Restore

reset using the factory image of the drive

if all else fail, try the following:

insert a usb flash drive to your laptop or desktop computer. (be sure to backup the contents of your usb flash drive)
download rufus https://rufus.ie/en/, then run it.
left click the drop down arrow next to the word "SELECT" and left click "DOWNLOAD" to download the original Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft. Watch the full tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=me-GmdIlbgc&ab_channel=PortalSeven
after that, press START. wait for it to finish.
close rufus, open your usb flash drive then run the setup executable.
be sure to backup all the files in Drive C: or any drive partition where the operating system resides before doing step 5.
be sure you have a good internet connection for the contents of the flash drive to be updated to the latest.
as the setup runs, select delete all files, like you are installing a fresh operating system.
wait and trust the process to complete.
after that, download the latest official drivers from Acer. https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drivers-and-manuals
download the serial number detection utility/tool to obtain the device serial number or SNID
download all the drivers, extract each, then install.
hopefully, your problem will be solved.
driver problems happens when you restore your operating system using the factory recovery image.

the purpose of making your own backup image of the whole drive is to shorten the restoration process in case of problems or malware attacks.
