My screen is flickering since January 15, 2023

When I reduce my refresh rate to 60hz the flickering is gone. The next day when I change the refresh rate to 144hz the flickering is gone.

After 2 days the same problem came back the flickering on 144hz.

In the bios and predator loading logo, the screen is flickering. The task manager screen also flickers

I already tried these instructions:

Updating the display drivers, uninstalling

Windows update up to date.

Today 21 January 2023 my screen is working fine. Is there any problem with my hardware or it's just a software issue?

Cause - The flickering issue can be caused due to a software compatibility issue or the video driver.

Resolution - The first step is to determine if the issue is a Software compatibility issue, or a Display Driver issue. The easiest way is to see if the flickering affects Windows Task Manager. If the Task Manager is flickering, the likely cause is a Software compatibility issue that causes Explorer.exe to crash repeatedly. If Task Manager is not affected, the likely cause is Display Drivers. To test Windows Task Manager, press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC. Observe the behaviour and then proceed with the suggested troubleshooting steps below.
