Hi!

My laptop model is Aspire A715-71g. I want to connect two monitors to it: one is  Dell S2721DS and second is LG 22MK600M-B. I connected Dell one with HDMI and it works fine, for LG I wanted to plugged Ugreen cm212 to my USB C and then connect it through HDMI cable to the monitor and it won't work. Same for Dell monitor: it won't work with Ugreen.

I wonder what can be an issue here: maybe I need to install some drivers for USB C or..? Or can it be my Ugreen?

I connect two monitor to my HP laptop like that just fine though.

The port doesn't support passive display port output, you would need to use a display link adapter to be able to get video ( https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/displaylink-products )
