Acer are not fulfilling warranties!!

Surely as consumers we have rights, and surely as a large manufacturer of so called ultrabooks you would hope they would last a year before falling apart, or maybe even be slightly embarassed and apologetic to the customer in question? Well in my case the answer was a big no, Ive never felt such disdain for any pc manufacturer and I use many. I just hope my words save them from another victim or maybe get them to change their rude and selfish ways.
