NITRO 5 AN515-57 watched several videos to solve this issue but all in vain at the end.

I hope you all are doing well. Recently I bought a new laptop(nitro 5 AN515-57 )I5 11 GEN, GTX1550,144 HZ .Today I attached my laptop to monitor through HDMI wire for big screen but screen shows (no other screen attach) after that I watched several videos to solve this issue but all in vain at the end. Now I am feeling very exhausted cuz really need other monitor for my work .,This issue is common or I got the defected product. :(. IF Yes can i clam my laptop.

I will be very thankful if any body knows how to solve this issue

Note:-

1:-Change 2 HDMI Cables

2:-Try to attach with my other home screen

3:-Updated new drivers

@JAAM when you plug the HDMI in, does the laptop recognize the external screen?
