Battery problem nitro 5 an515-57 I reset it in the bios and it didn't have any effect

Hello there. I have acer nitro 5 an515-57 laptop. After we have closed the laptop for 1 month and opened it, the charge drops a lot. For example, it takes an average of 15-20% charge in 24 hours. but when you wait in sleep mode, it goes to 10 percent on average and it is not a normal situation, besides, the usb power options are turned off, so the usb is not plugged in and the energy does not come, although it is very charged. I reset it in the bios and it didn't have any effect, I took the battery out and plugged it in and it didn't have any effect. I'm waiting for your help.

Hi! Is the computer hibernating or suspending? Does this issue also occur when disabling fast startup in power options? Have you checked the battery wear with the hwinfo64 program?
